Gov. Scott Vetoes Proposed Alimony Legislature
DeWitt Law Review is live every Sunday at 10am on WDBO 96.5FM.
This week’s topic: Sherri discusses the reasons why Gov. Scott vetoed the alimony and child support legislature that was approved by the house and state senate. Some of the many reasons the legislature was vetoed is because we can’t have the 50/50 time sharing language because each individual situation is different and we should not require parents to show why they cannot stay at the 50/50 custody time share.
