Nicholas Napolitano is a skilled Family Law attorney at DeWitt Law Firm. He brings a diverse legal background, having previously worked as a claims attorney, including being employed as an Assistant Vice President at Fidelity National Title, a fortune 500 company. Nicholas also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at Oregon Municipal Court, where he gained valuable experience in legal research and opinion drafting. Most recently, Nicholas has defended local municipalities by serving as a personal injury defense attorney.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law, after obtaining a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida. Nicholas is licensed to practice law in Florida, Ohio, and Nebraska.
