Philip Wayne began his career at the Office of the Public Defender where he gained extensive trial experience. Today, he utilizes that knowledge to seek justice for those who have been wrongfully injured due to no fault of their own. Mr. Wayne strongly believes that taking a case to trial is the great equalizer where a jury can award proper compensation.
Mr. Wayne attended law school at Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Wayne competed on Florida State’s prestigious Trial Team, where he learned trial advocacy and litigation skills. During law school, Philip was a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office, where he obtained experience litigating cases and going to trial. Philip was also a member of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.
Mr. Wayne is a proud member of the Central Florida community. Prior to law school, Philip attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and various other outdoor activities.
