Ed Emrick was raised in Central Florida and is the third generation of his family to do so. Ed went to high school at East Ridge in Clermont, the University of Florida for his Bachelor’s and on, again, to the University of Florida for law school. Ed has practiced exclusively family law for the past five years, representing clients in highly contested divorces and actions involving children, paternity actions, temporary custody by extended family members, dependency actions, injunction cases, modifications and enforcement of existing final judgments, as well as assisting clients in pre-divorce planning such as the drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ed, his wife, and two children live in Clermont. They enjoy spending time with their friends and family in Central Florida, traveling, and Gator football.
