About Jason M. Melton Esq

Throughout his career, Jason Melton has earned a reputation for standing up for people whose lives have been changed by serious injuries and wrongful death. He develops personalized legal strategies for every client, combining thorough preparation with aggressive advocacy to pursue the best possible outcome. After beginning his legal career representing victims in Florida’s criminal justice system, Jason transitioned his passion for protecting individuals into civil litigation, where he regularly takes on insurance companies and large corporations on behalf of injured clients and their families.

Jason’s dedication and results have earned him recognition from some of the legal profession’s most respected organizations. He is a Life Member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, reflecting his success in obtaining substantial recoveries for clients.
